This place has absolutely terrible financial services. A reputable IVF clinic should take responsibility for verifying and following up with insurance, but they completely refuse to do that here. Instead, they dump everything on the patient and then hide behind the excuse of being “out of network.” What makes this worse is that when you contact your insurance directly, they clearly state that everything is covered 100% yet the clinic refuses to accept it or even make a basic effort to confirm it themselves.
