Everyone was incredibly informative, caring, and professional throughout our entire experience. From the moment we came in for the consultation to the follow-up phone call after the procedure to check on our son's well-being, we felt supported every step of the way. We truly appreciated the exceptional care and attention we received.
I saw Dr. Megason and he and his staff were fantastic. They scheduled my initial appointment and my follow up surgery quickly. They are very friendly and make you feel at ease. This was the first surgery that I did not feel the IV for the anesthesia. Their follow-up care was also top notch.
Dr. Spann and his nurses are the very best in Chattanooga. I have used Dr. Span several times and each time has been 100% success. He is very gentle doing the procedure. You do not feel hardly any pain with whatever he does, down time and recovery time. If you are looking for someone to do an implant or any facial surgery, DR SPAN IS YOUR DOCTOR. I would recommend him 1000%.
I had a successful tooth extraction last week. The nurses were great, Dr. Miller was great, and the front desk staff was cordial, helpful, and knowledgeable. Everyone was professional and I've had no complications from my procedure.
Megan and Dr. Miller helped get me in very quick to remove my wisdom teeth that were causing me a lot of pain. Great staff, highly educated and very kind. Zero complications from my surgery and they helped answer any of my questions. I would highly recommend!
