Great people from front office to Dr. Spann and all who assisted him. Very professional and genuinely caring about how I was doing from beginning to end of my procedure. Would recommend them to anyone.
The actual process of going in, scheduling, and getting the surgery done was fine. They gave very detailed instructions. However, they didn’t give me a proper appointment card, confirmation email, or any kind of reminder of the date and time for the surgery. When I missed the first appointment time - it was written incorrectly in our calendar - they were accommodating with getting it rescheduled; the only issue was that the receptionist we first talked to was quite rude and blamed the entire situation on us. My grand-daughter, had all 4 of her wisdom teeth removed. The team was awesome, from the time we walked in the office, until the time we left. Koda was taken care of during her stay, the team called and checked on her after we was home and the next day. I highly recommend this office and there team. Thank you again.
I recently had an implant done at their Fort Oglethorpe office. The procedure didn’t take long and I had minimum discomfort during recovery. Dr. Megison & the staff are wonderful.
