I had an appointment scheduled to get all four of my impacted wisdom teeth out at 10:00 am this morning. This was through another nearby facility who cancelled the appointment less than an hour before, stating that the doctor wouldn't be coming in. In January I was sent to Center for Oral & Facial surgery by my primary dentist who had a concern about a bump on my gum. Upon my visit Dr. Desai seemed pleasant and friendly and did not seem overly concerned about my “bump”, but she did want to perform a biopsy for safe measure, which I agreed. Dr. Torin Rutner did an implant for me early in 2025; my first implant ever (I'm 70)! He was professional, clearly explained the process, the number of visits and time frame until his part was completed. He answered all my questions and was personable enough that I felt I could trust him for a procedure that required skill & precision. I never leave reviews. But I do not want anyone else to have the horrible experience we did. My son had to have 3 teeth pulled. I repeatedly asked up front for a cost estimate and they blew me off repeatedly. My husband has good insurance and my son needed the procedure so we continued without the estimate. I also asked what payment plans would be available if needed (since no estimate was provided) and they also wouldn't give me a straight answer on that. Wonderful experience getting my wisdom teeth removed. The entire team was responsive to my concerns and I was well taken care of the entire time. Dr. Desai oversaw my surgery and I have nothing but positive things to say about her and her team. Thank you!
