I never leave reviews. But I do not want anyone else to have the horrible experience we did. My son had to have 3 teeth pulled. I repeatedly asked up front for a cost estimate and they blew me off repeatedly. My husband has good insurance and my son needed the procedure so we continued without the estimate. I also asked what payment plans would be available if needed (since no estimate was provided) and they also wouldn't give me a straight answer on that. I wish i could say I had a good experience. I had my wisdom teeth removed here and throughout the process and the following aftercare I am appalled by the lack of proper communication about and during recovery. Any of my concerns during aftercare were dismissed and questions not even answered. Ill speak primarily on this follow up, as its most recent in my mind. I had about 45 min wait for an appointment that ended up lasting
Dr Rutner very knowledgeable, friendly and thorough with his explanations . Staff also very friendly, kind, accommodating. We've moved an hour away but still choose to drive to this office. Highly recommend Dr Rutner for wisdom teeth removal!
Terrible experience at Center for Oral & Facial Surgery. I booked with Dr. Rutner for a simple extraction but was switched to Dr. Desai without notice. She immediately pushed for a $400 3D scan and tried to pressure me into doing an implant the same day - completely unnecessary and inappropriate. After refusing, I was charged $68.37 for the consultation, even though my insurance showed I owed only $7.60. I went in with a wisdom tooth issue on Tuesday, had it removed by Wednesday. The procedure was seamless and pain free, Dr. Rutner and his team are great, and as much as I hope I never have to go back, I wouldn’t be nervous if I did. Really can’t ask for better.
