Had an eye injury. Was referred by my Dr. For 3 days we were unable to talk to a real person. We left voice messages and text messages for 3 days. We even went to the office, which website said was open, and found no one there. No lights on, door locked. No one called us back until the afternoon of the 3rd day. I went for an exam to get a prescription for glasses. They wanted to do a diabetic exam, dialate my eyes, and check for blood behind my eyes instead. I'm thinking,"What"?! So I asked if they had a referral from my doctor which they said, "no", but they wanted to do it anyway. I had no choice but to leave. I felt they were using me to scam Medicare.
