My dentist retired and referred me to TMJ Sleep Solutions- Bellevue. When I checked in they said that my insurance did not cover the exam and it would be applied to my deductible. I explained that my deductible was already met but they said it was not based on their information. Based on my conversation with the dentist, I chose an oral device based on my jaw.
