CVR are compassionate and caring Doctors, sonography people, techs and those front desk ladies are great too. I love that they even dressed up their dog in a costume. So cute. Thank you for everything, especially DR. Ford. You made me so comfortable while doing the vein procedures, I had not had that before from any vein clinic I’ve been too. Woohoo, I graduated today, only yearly checkups now. Still compressions and the pumps for life, I can deal with that
My wife is having an awesome experience here! Vicki and Sara are so friendly and helpful when you arrive. The good Doctors were able to get my wifes varicose veins under control and she feels so much better! Thank you!!!
I had a great initial visit at CVR. I was able to pre-register and that saved me time. When I entered the office, I was greeted by a very nice receptionist, who gave me 1 more form to complete. I was called in to the room where a scan was done by a very friendly technician. Next, I met with the nurse who explained the results of my scan and then Dr. Ford who talked more about the scan and the plan for my treatment. I was very happy with the way my first visit went. We had to wait a half hour or more after they did the ultrasound, and then my husband went to find somebody to tell them we were still waiting and continued to wait until finally a nurse showed up, after she was done with just a short few questions It’s been another wait not quite as long for Dr Ford who is an exceptional doctor as well as Dr. Harding. We have been extremely happy with them except this was a long wait to be seen nearly 2 hours.
I had a really disappointing experience getting procedures done here. The staff made several rude and judgmental comments. The doctor made comment about my personal medical choices, specifically my decision to be vaccinated after they showed up late to the appointment. They ultimately refused service, which felt discriminatory and unprofessional. I came in expecting respectful treatment and left feeling judged and unwelcome. Definitely won’t be returning.
