Tatiana, the vascular tech, was very efficient and thorough in doing the ultrasound of my veins. She was also very personable and explained each step to me, which helped distract me and keep me calm. While I have not yet had any procedures, I felt very confident after talking with Dr Ford. This was my initial appointment with CVR, and I left feeling that I had made the right decision in coming here.
Service was very poor. I was told to be 15 minutes early, only to find out they were running behind. After 35 minutes in the waiting room I was moved to three separate rooms where I waited an additional 30 minutes in each one. My appointment was at 2:45 PM and I didn’t finish until 5:00 PM. This was just a consultation, and I had no awareness I would be getting an ultrasound. I wish I would have been notified about the length of this appointment and the waiting times before going. I do not recommend this service.
A great and friendly doctor and team to work with. Thank you to Dr Ford and all of you that took the time always to answer questions and explain procedures as they went. I would definitely recommend the Center for Vein Restoration to anyone who has vein issues.
Great staff, very professional and they show that they really care about their patients. Dr. Ford followed up personally on a few questions I had and made sure I had the best treatment.
CVR are compassionate and caring Doctors, sonography people, techs and those front desk ladies are great too. I love that they even dressed up their dog in a costume. So cute. Thank you for everything, especially DR. Ford. You made me so comfortable while doing the vein procedures, I had not had that before from any vein clinic I’ve been too. Woohoo, I graduated today, only yearly checkups now. Still compressions and the pumps for life, I can deal with that
