Many years ago, I went to a nationally known location in Timonium to have my legs treated for spider veins and a couple varicose veins. In the past few years, I noticed new spider veins but even worse, my legs felt heavy and a bit achy. Dr. Harlan is really a great Doctor, she really takes time to explain everything. Between the Doctor and staff, they make the patient feel comfortable with the whole process. Dr. Harlan has great bedside manners. Dr. Harlan shows compassion, The office goes the extra mile to ensure everything goes well from the first appointment until my last. Benefits are explained thoroughly.

I found the staff at both offices I visited to be very friendly and efficient. I was not very happy that my procedure could only be done at the Towon location but it's not really that far from me. This is the first time in ages that I sm not in constant pain. I would recommend Centet for Vein Restoration to friends and family

Showed up for an appointment at the scheduled time. Checked in, waited half an hour or so. A few patients who came in after me were taken back and I hadn't heard anything, so went to the front desk to check. Was told "we called you to reschedule." As someone who's on my phone all day for work, for me to have missed a call and never noticed a message left for me is all but impossible. Was not offered any apology, just asked to come back another time. I won't be doing that.

I actually had a great experience with the doctor and tech at the Bel Air location during my evaluation exam. We set up my appointment before I left and I was excited to finally get my varicose veins removed. A few days before my appointment the office called and left a voicemail that they had to cancel the appointment. Wonderful... I call to set up another appointment (you call to a main operator, not directly to the location you want) and was told that the Bel Air office only does procedures on Wednesdays & Fridays.
