I went to the Center for Vein Restoration for the first time and found all the staff to be highly professional. The procedures were clearly explained and questions were answered to my satisfaction. Dr.. Shah took the time to summarize my results and to discuss treatment options and recommendations. He recommended taking a conservative approach to start with, rather than jumping into more invasive options. I would highly recommend this center for your vein health.
The scan technician was excellent — unfortunately, everything went downhill from there. After my scan, the experience felt more like sitting through a high-pressure timeshare presentation than receiving professional medical care. I was extremely nervous and the staff and doctor made me feel very comfortable relaxed and at ease. Dr. Shah is knowledgeable, has patience and the customer service is excellent, thank you team CVR
I've rarely been to a medical center where you forget why you're there. Both the administrative and medical staff are top-notch and made me feel like I was their most important person in this place. I feel grateful for the care and confident in the results of my treatment.
Everyone in your office was very nice, from the gentleman who performed my testing to the person who went over the results and of course the doctor. All of you took very good care of me! I'm sorry I don't remember anyone name at the moment ,but all I can say is BRAVO to all
