I went to the Center for Vein Restoration for the first time and found all the staff to be highly professional. The procedures were clearly explained and questions were answered to my satisfaction. Dr.. Shah took the time to summarize my results and to discuss treatment options and recommendations. He recommended taking a conservative approach to start with, rather than jumping into more invasive options. I would highly recommend this center for your vein health.

The scan technician was excellent — unfortunately, everything went downhill from there. After my scan, the experience felt more like sitting through a high-pressure timeshare presentation than receiving professional medical care. The way insurance was discussed was vague and unprofessional, leaving me feeling misled. Important warning: When filling out your initial paperwork, pay close attention. I've rarely been to a medical center where you forget why you're there. Both the administrative and medical staff are top-notch and made me feel like I was their most important person in this place. I feel grateful for the care and confident in the results of my treatment.
