I had a great experience during my visit. All staff were friendly and very relational to my needs. The doctor answered questions I had about my concerns and was very resourceful. She referred me to some outside partners who could help with extra treatment I needed.
The doctor and staff made me feel so comfortable. The doctor explained everything to me so I could understand the whole process. Looking forward to come in for treatment. Highly recommend.
I know getting brings done is no fun, but this doctor makes the whole process less painful than any place I've been. Highly recommend! Great staff as well!
A great experience with Dr. Terpstra and her team at CVR, they are a well-oiled machine. From the front desk to the Tec’s, everyone is polite, incredibly knowledgeable and very efficient. Truly appreciate their patience in answering my numerous questions. Everything went as prescribed from Dr., what they were going to do, the success of the procedures, and the recovery / healing process. All spot on – and thank you for that.
I left the office of Doctor Terpstra and her staff with a feeling that I had received excellent professional attention.
