I had a very positive experience today. The staff is very good, knowledgeable and nice. Dr. Terpstra was also very nice and explained everything in detail. I feel good about going back without hesitation.
Here is my personal, requested/solicited patient feedback (June '25 visit): I will not return due to a consequential lack of patient/doctor comfortability and connection. Again, my requested post-initial in-person doctor visit. There is almost always room for continuous improvement. Sometimes, ample room for fundamental improvement. Dr Terpstra never made me feel rushed. She took her time going over my results and explaining the procedures. The whole office is very nice and professional
A great experience with Dr. Terpstra and her team at CVR, they are a well-oiled machine. From the front desk to the Tec’s, everyone is polite, incredibly knowledgeable and very efficient. Truly appreciate their patience in answering my numerous questions. Everything went as prescribed from Dr., what they were going to do, the success of the procedures, and the recovery / healing process. All spot on – and thank you for that.
Let me first say the Dr Terpstra and her staff is great. They did a great job keeping me updated throughout the entire process. This was a lengthy process and they did a great job scheduling far in advance to work around my work schedule. If you are looking for a doctor that can help with vein restoration, this facility is the one to choose. I will definitely recommend Dr Terpstra and her team. Thank you!
