Everything about this practice is outstanding. The scheduling was prompt and easily accomplished. The receptionist was friendly, courteous and efficient. The lady who administered my sonogram was friendly, experienced and efficient. The lady who initially evaluated my sonogram and medical history was friendly, knowledgable and very communicative. I can't speak highly enough about Dr. Francois or her amazing staff. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful throughout my process. They took the time to explain each step of my procedures calming any anxiety I might have had. I will be singing their praises for years to come!
Dr. Francois and her team were great! I have a lot of anxiety but everyone was super understanding and nice. Especially helpful was Sandy to help me stay calm. Highly recommend!
Just your regular old top-notch healthcare in this neck of the woods. Dr Francois' deftness with needle and catheter and whatever else she used is impressive. Over the course of several treatments for problems in both legs, I felt the mild stick of a surgical instrument 2x. And she must have made at least 10 incursions into my vascular system. And mind you, although cautioned that the stick might be akin to a dentist numbing you; absolutely not. Not even close in terms of wince or anxiety. Terribly wrong analogy!! LOL. He... read more
The staff welcomed me and the ladies were professional and caring. I liked Dr. Czestochowa Francois so much that I (jokingly, or not) told her that I want her to be my primary care physician. :)
