I specifically see Dr. Kumar. She is extremely knowledgeable, listens to patients question and provides detailed responses. She doesn’t try to sell you on “extra” procedures and will advise when sh e feels a procedure can wait for example, 6 months. The administered and technical staff are also very friendly, knowledgeable and show interest in the patient putting the patient at ease. They also thoroughly explain their roles in the process.
The doctors and treatment are fine. Despite paying large deductibles at time of treatment I have been contacted by a collection agency for 6 different accounts, all under $100. I have never received a phone call or bill! I am waiting for proof of amounts before going back to my insurance company and possibly other agencies assuming these are incorrect.
I can't speak highly enough about Dr. Francois or her amazing staff. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful throughout my process. They took the time to explain each step of my procedures calming any anxiety I might have had. I will be singing their praises for years to come!
Dr. Francois and her team were great! I have a lot of anxiety but everyone was super understanding and nice. Especially helpful was Sandy to help me stay calm. Highly recommend!
Practitioners are fine, billing is stupid and reason for one star review! Today is at least the third occasion (and maybe the fourth) in the last 14 months that I've been billed for a co-pay amount I paid at the time of my visit! Do better!
