The doctors and treatment are fine. Despite paying large deductibles at time of treatment I have been contacted by a collection agency for 6 different accounts, all under $100. I have never received a phone call or bill! I am waiting for proof of amounts before going back to my insurance company and possibly other agencies assuming these are incorrect.
I specifically see Dr. Kumar. She is extremely knowledgeable, listens to patients question and provides detailed responses. She doesn’t try to sell you on “extra” procedures and will advise when sh e feels a procedure can wait for example, 6 months. The administered and technical staff are also very friendly, knowledgeable and show interest in the patient putting the patient at ease. They also thoroughly explain their roles in the process.
Everything about this practice is outstanding. The scheduling was prompt and easily accomplished. The receptionist was friendly, courteous and efficient. The lady who administered my sonogram was friendly, experienced and efficient. The lady who initially evaluated my sonogram and medical history was friendly, knowledgable and very communicative. Just your regular old top-notch healthcare in this neck of the woods. Dr Francois' deftness with needle and catheter and whatever else she used is impressive. Over the course of several treatments for problems in both legs, I felt the mild stick of a surgical instrument 2x. And she must have made at least 10 incursions into my vascular system. Dr. Francois and her team were great! I have a lot of anxiety but everyone was super understanding and nice. Especially helpful was Sandy to help me stay calm. Highly recommend!
