It is impossible to get ahold of the actual clinic and the customer service is useless unless you need to make an appointment or a payment. I have called repeatedly and been told i would hear back about a denial of insurance coverage for devices ordered by the clinic. i have called 3+ times to get support from the vein clinic - no return calls ever and each time i call to talk to someone directly in the Lansdowne office - i get disconnected or told my request will be forwarded.
Dr. Czestochowa Francois is truly an exceptional doctor. She performed a vein procedure for my mom, and the results were incredible — my mom now has zero pain. Dr. Francois was kind, gentle, and genuinely caring throughout the entire process. She explained everything clearly and treated my mom like family. This office is the best I've ever dealt with. Cindy is above and beyond! She's amazing. Very thorough and kind as you go through your procedure. I would highly recommend this office for vein restoration.
Amazing team—always on time and incredibly attentive. They take the best care of me and don’t stop until every vein is properly treated, relieving all the aching in my legs. I wouldn’t go anywhere else, and I’ve recommended them to all my family, friends and co-workers. This is truly the only place to go for vein treatment.
