I called for my wife. Wife and I are retired military medical. I explained what we needed to discuss with Doctor and she told me that he didn't do that procedure then hung up in me. A receptionist making a medical decision. I was ER director for a major health care and would not allow that. I guess civilian and military ways are very different. Very bad this center was recommended by my cardiologist and friend.
Today was my first visit. Everyone was incredibly nice, from the front desk to the ultrasonographer to the nurse and then the nurse practitioner. They were knowledgeable and professional as well as timely. It was an awesome visit!!
I am a 30-something mom with just a few spots of spider veins that were unsightly to me. Even though I didn’t have any other medical symptoms, Anna Parkinson, CRNP was still able to take care of those small areas making me feel more confident! I would definitely recommend her to anyone who wants great results!
I want to give a big shout out for Anna Parkinson my amazing nurse practitioner, her nurse Jazz, front desk sweetheart Kendra and ultrasound tech sweetheart Jenna! They are such a great team and are always kind, thorough and attentive. They are helping me get my life back!
I loved the treatment, the excellent customer service. And when the nurse spoke with me about the treatment I would be receiving, she asked if I wanted the information in Spanish. That surprised me, since many offices don't offer that. I also loved the office. The blue color is super relaxing. Since I come from Puerto Rico, where blue is everywhere on the island, I felt like I was at the beach. I relaxed so much that I loved it.
