From the very first day Dr. Fortenberry and his staff treated me with such respect and kindness. From the receptionist in the front to the staff in the back, they were friendly, professional, and understood my concerns. They were great at putting me at ease during treatments since I was very apprehensive knowing there were needles involved. But it was absolutely worth it! All the staff were very friendly, very courteous, very patient and very helpful. They are very knowledgeable in this area of expertise. They explained my diagnosis and my treatment plan to my complete understanding. I feel very confident that they will correct my issues with the veins in my legs.
