I was greeted very warmly at 7am. The sonogram technician was very professional. The nurse who went over the procedure was knowledgeable and kind. The doctor was friendly and down to earth. Answered my questions. The doctor was knowledgeable with the different types of insurances. This is extremely important. I had a great experience and will continue with my care with Dr. Shevitz and his staff!
⭐☆☆☆☆ – Great Doctor, Terrible Office Communication The doctor was fantastic at my first visit, but the office staff completely failed to follow up. Nearly four weeks passed with no update on my prior authorization, and the day before surgery they called to reschedule because it wasn’t approved. No one took responsibility for the delay. Great physician, but the staff’s lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable.
The Dr was great as well as the young lady named Kat. The 3 front office staff were lost on their cell phones and did not see me when I arrived. When they finally looked up they saw me; they attempted to talk to me behind a thick glass wall. I could not hear them. Finally one woman slid open the glass so we could talk. Parking was horrendous. I was seen right away, staff was great very respectful and thorough. Dr. Shevitz is amazing! He is very kind, polite and knowledgeable. He listened patiently and provided answers to all my concerns. Definitely recommend him!!
I was seen in a timely manner. Staff were cordial and were able to answer questions. The Physician is very accommodating and is able to briefly discuss the important aspects of my care.
