This was a pleasant surprise! A good physician who knows her stuff AND has great bedside manner! Dr. Cogan did a thorough job in explaining my issue, proposing treatment plans, then asking my opinion. Good job! The office staff was exceptionally nice and engaging. Once my treatment is complete I will add info about proposed plans for treatment. Again, good job!
First i want to say im new to Ohio this was my very 1st vein Dr visit ever. So i was so nervous. The Technician, MA,,Doctor Cogan.One was so nice,compassionate.I left there very much pleased with the staff and Dr Cogan is wonderful makes you feel that they care. Explain thing's so you can understand. Highly recommended 👌
Dr Cogan and her team are amazing! They are super friendly, professional and did a wonderful job explaining what was going on with my legs and what treatment would be needed. I felt like they cared about me and how they could help. My only regret is putting it off so long!
I cannot say enough good things about the staff at Center for Vein Restoration & Dr. Deborah Cogan. Days before my first appointment , I was a roller coaster of emotions & second thoughts. I mentioned this to receptionist at check-in and she immediately gave me her full attention & simply asked what my concerns were. Very happy with my experience here and I would highly recommend it. The office is clean, the staff is wonderful and Dr. Cogan was very thorough and personable. They also had no issue working with my insurance like another practice did in Columbus.
