Husband is patient and well taken care of but the front desk patient services coordinator, Kamilah, is just outstanding. She is constantly juggling patients sign in questions, phones calls confirming appts, questions, problems w/laptops registrations etc etc and never shows stress, handles all quickly friendly caring and if a delay responding to one she has a quick recovery of I got you just a little time here. Everyone in the office was professional and friendly! Each person explained the details of the process they were handling!! It's amazing what a difference a SMILE can make! I was in a different medical office recently, and the staff avoided eye contact and even the receptionist did not greet me or smile! The CVR receptionist was kind, helped me and went out of her way to assist me!!!
Dr. Tolitano and his team function like a well oiled machine. I had two venous stents put in and could not have been more at ease knowing that it was them that I was trusting to do it. From office visits to the OR, I could not have had a better experience all around!
I had got excellent care.Everybody is so amazing there. And if you need to see someone for any vien problems they are the best to see.
This was a mess to start with , the receptionist looks like a fortune teller and I almost left then which I should have but Lori called me back and assured me that they were working on getting that staff member fired , they also asked me to email the hr department my experience with her to help them fire her . I did all they asked me to do . I had three verathena procedures done in three week sessions . They were very vague as to what to truly expect .
