I just have to say everyone here is amazing from the moment you come in through the door all the way to the end of your visit everyone is so kind and helpful. I had major issues with my legs and I was nervous about getting procedures done but everyone here made me feel so comfortable. At the desk the ladies are always so kind to me and helpful with any questions I had and then when I get to the room and they do the scans or when Dr Harris does the procedures they're all so kind and eased my mind about everything. The actual procedures went well however there was virtually no follow up care once completed to track my leg/vein health. I definitely felt like their practice focuses on quantity not quality. The worst part was I received a bill in the mail close to 2 years after my procedures were all done. I had paid all bills on time. The lack of them billing in a timely manner is their own issue.
Meghan helped explain when there would be some discomfort during the ultrasound and helped me get through it. Very friendly. Dr. Harris went over what he planned on doing for me. He was very nice. Selena helped explain the use of leggings and stockings, etc. and which treatments the doctor was recommending. I hope I have the names correct! So far I am very pleased. Staff at the front desk were very helpful and friendly as well.
I came here for an ongoing issue and needed a second opinion. Finally I got the right diagnosis and Dr Evan’s explained everything so well. I am looking forward to the treatment and begin to feel like myself again. Wonderful and professional staff. I highly recommend this place.
I had the best experience. The entire staff was amazing. From the sweet smiles at the reception to the knowledgeable and professional staff. Everything was explained in a way I understood. I was presented with options and given information. I felt in good hands Dr.Harris. He is very smart and experienced but also has a comical side that kept things lite. I would highly recommend this Center.
