The place was amazing. Dr. Frogner was very detailed oriented and.to the point with plan in place. He minced no words which I liked. The place is very professional and atmosphere is wonderful. Staff is excellent.
everyone was nice and everything was explained and all my questions were answered , the office was clean and bright. looking forward to my treatments!
I absolutely love Dr. Fonger. He is so kind and personal. It's almost impossible to find doctors anymore that have his style of bedside manner and I so appreciate that. He has an exceptional staff as well. They're always helpful and polite and I don't have to wait 20 minutes on hold to get through to somebody in the office. thank you, Dr. and staff for being so amazing.
Dr. Fonger was great but the appointment and billing system is terrible. Over the course of several years, I have showed up for appointments that vanished. Everytime I sat in the waiting room, I heard someone, either over the phone or in person complaining about appointments that were deleted or non-existant. I had an amount due for an ultrasound that I had never been billed for go to a Collection Agency (Harris & Harris) and received a collection notice in the mail.
