I visited the office on the 05/13/2026. The moment you walk in the receptionist greeted you warmly. Checking in was quick and easy. The nurse that did the scan was polite very focused and detailed. She asked questions to make you relax. The doctor was nice and she explained everything so you could understand. I would not hesitate to go back and also refer someone. Very welcoming environment. From the moment I walked into CVR 3250 westchester Ave, I felt very comfortable. The receptionist was kind and asked me a couple of questions. In a few minutes I was called by a physician assistant and she did the sonogram on my left calf. About 15 minutes later I seen another physician assistant. She asked several questions about my past history and then Dr. Cruz came in and explained in Detail the results of the sonogram and the options going forward. Dr. Kristine Cruz and her entire staff are awesome!! The secretary was very sweet and polite and welcoming. Dr Cruz is very thorough she explains everything so that you understand and her bedside manner is amazing!
Dr. Cruz and staff all very professional and caring. Dr. Cruz was very kind and explained all my issues and concerns I had with my veins. Her professionalism out perform many doctors in her feel.
