It was an amazing experience! Every Person I encountered was so helpful and kind. I felt comfortable from the time I approached Anna at the front desk until I was walked to the exit by Jenifer and all of the time in between. Dr. Kelsey and the others who assisted in the procedure were professional and also Fun!! I have not laughed so much in any other medical office setting! Ever! Jenn did an ultrasound and was fast and also very informative. She was so calm I felt at ease as soon as she got started. I will recommend CVR.
So far so good. I enjoyed my very informative consultation I had this past week. Due to leg issues I will be pursuing 3 different fixes. I will post before and After pics later. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Everything is scheduled to be done by first week of September. Easy to find location as well.
I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Kelsey and the entire team. From the very beginning through my closing appointments, my experience has been nothing short of incredible. The practice is extremely knowledgeable, honest, kind, and thorough. Every step of the process was clearly explained, and I always felt well cared for and informed. I highly recommend Dr. Kelsey and the team you will not be disappointed. They truly do it right!
I have had bad veins for a long time but I have been going to the best vein doctor of all, Dr. Laura Kelsey. She is so kind, patient and always right there for her patients. The staff is amazing. She is only in Muskegon one day a week but she is only one I would trust to take care of me and my veins. She is very knowledgeable in her work.
I had my first visit today and was really impressed. Every staff member was friendly and helpful, and the doctor truly listens and cares about their patients. I felt comfortable right away. I’ll definitely be recommending this office to others.
