I read several good reviews for CVR, but this was not my experience. Maybe the Greenwood location was just having a really bad day. I was not able to see Dr Barajas as scheduled with, but instead had an in office tele- visit with a nurse practitioner who I had trouble hearing, followed by a rushed overview of the ultrasound by a different Dr. I don’t feel they took my concerns and pain seriously. Very, very helpful center for anybody dealing with Immune Diseases. I was nervous at first but all the research I did actually helped me know what I was walking into. Everyone is so helpful and nice I'm glad that I found you guys! Thank you again you guys have made some of my stress and worries go away.
First time with CVR and I was pleased. All staff and Drs. were very welcoming and very engaged with me during the appointment. I would be happy to make a referral if ever asked.
Wonderful staff to work with from check in to check out. Dr Cortez was very professional and provided info I could understand. Other staff equally helpful.
