First I like to recognize Nina Soto for her keen eye in noticing the ergentcy for the visit. Angel Rivera great on taking care of my wife and Kim Lewis for the knowledge and comfort given. And Dr.Cornwell great attention to all. The receptionists thanks for the warm welcome. This is the office made especially for my wife and I to continue visiting.
Staff are very nice both Christina and Kim were very informative every question I had they answered! Would recommend to anyone who might be looking for a vein doctor! And Dr Cornwell was very clear on he’ll treat me!
I went here in August and was told compression socks were covered by insurance. They were not. After a long process I was able to return. Then months later I received an email I was getting another pair as I was signed up for auto prescription. I never agreed to this. I called multiple offices and customer service to cancel and continued receiving an email they were on their way. They will get you in asap for your first appointment and procedure but then cancel your follow up appointment 5+ times. My procedure was done in May and could benefit getting another to get rid of the varicose veins 100% but because they keep cancelling on me now I can’t. I’m not going to keep being treated like I’m not a priority also the fact that it will be the new year soon and my deductible will be going back to $0 so what I shouldn’t have to pay out of pocket for I would now.
I've had Venus insufficiency for years. I finally found a Dr that I have complete confidence in. Dr Caldwell and his staff were knowledgeable and courteous. Recommend highly!!
