The doctor is great. His support staff is messing up his business. I once spent days trying to make an appointment by phone. When I drove to the office, the front staff was ignoring the phones. One was playing on her cell phone with earbuds on, the other was working on the computer. Recently, I called and set up an exam that would take several hours so I set aside my day for this procedure. I was not only embarrassed but also humiliated at this office. The receptionist will tell you anything to get you in there, even saying your insurance is completely covering your consult visit. But, when I got there, she again assured me that everything went through to my insurance, and it's a go for surgery. Had my hubby take the day off. Went there, met with dr. Coldwell? Carmel? Who knows...he spent 10 minutes with me. Then i go out to meet the receptionist, and she told me nothing but $75 was covered under my insurance. ... read more
