I’m so glad I went to get initial evaluation as my results have meant less pain and more mobility! I will continue to trust Dr Nguyen and the team at Center for Vein Restoration with my care and highly recommend their services. They are professional, friendly, and easy to communicate with, providing information and options based on what I had going on. Appointments are always available when I need them. Procedure was so much easier than I expected. It has been a great experience with great results for me!
I have been in more hospitals and clinics than I care to mention but Dr. Nguyen and her exceptional staff take patient care to an entirely different level. The exam and ultrasound were very professional but meticulous. My diagnosis, by Dr. Nguyen, and the proposed course of action was explained in detailed, understandable terms. Now, after surgery and follow up for the last 15 months I rank my decision to engage Dr. Nguyen and her practice as one of the best medical decisions of my life!
Today I went to vein restoration for my chronic vericose veins. Insurance initially didn’t cover it 7 years ago but because they got so bad over time, they finally covered it. We have tricare select. My initial appointment a week ago included an extensive ultrasound where the technician made note of all the parts of the vein that was insufficient. The staff was very nice and helpful. Same goes for the woman who sonogram my legs. Very gentle, very kind, and very aware of your needs and pain thrush hold. The Dr was genuine, and positive. I’m so glad there was nothing wrong w With my veins. They measured my legs and ordered custom fit compression socks. I do not need to return (hooray!). The dr referred me To PT for unexplained edema. Incredible experience with the team and especially Dr Nguyen! I was nervous to go in and they made me feel so comfortable with the whole process. While I hope to not have to be back there too much more, I know I’ll be in good hands if/when I do.
