The staff was very professional and friendly. I was given personal attention as if I were the only patient they were serving. I got good news at the visit, and probably will not need to return. But my experience was so positive, that I wish I had the right thing wrong with me so that I could go back. Dr. Shah was very knowledgeable and he put the entire visit very well together at the end. He spoke to me in a manner that was easy to understand.

I was very disappointed with my experience here. It was not until after my copay and ultrasound that I was informed there was no doctor or PA in house and that my appointment would be over zoom. The front desk staff, nurses, and ultrasound tech were all very pleasant and kind which is the only reason this experience wasn't terrible. Upon talking with the PA I was informed that this office doesn't even treat spider veins...at a vein clinic. This would've been nice to know or I would've scheduled else where. For my first time visiting I was nervous, but the front desk was so warm and welcoming, was now beginning to ease off, the technician she was awesome friendly and patient, Dr Vinit was kind, approachable and warm. Please do your research before going to this doctor. He is NOT a vascular surgeon, should have done my due diligence before choosing him, and these "vein clinics" seem to popping up all over, with doctors of other disciplines, not specifically vascular health, doing vein procedures. I visited him with concerns about my spider veins. While he did perform an ultrasound, which is always needed, he claimed the veins weren't large enough for insurance to cover it medically necessary, but he could do Sclerotherapy (injections). I had a wonderful experience at the Vein Center with Dr. Vinit Shah and his entire staff. From the moment I walked in, everyone was very kind, friendly, and professional. Before my vein treatment, my lower legs felt extremely heavy, and I suffered from a lot of pain every day. After only a few hours of standing or walking, the pain became unbearable and forced me to sit down, making it difficult to do my daily activities.
