I really need this service and that is why I came here..however again when you have a power tripping secretary who thinks she is right about everything that comes out of her mouth, and makes the decision to talk over you and than when my back was turned belittled me in every form she could. If you’re looking for an expert in the field, stay away from this place! Spent over 2 hours at this place, felt like a scam! Made appointment ahead of time and came early, was taken for ultrasound and tech was pleasant and knowledgeable (only good thing about the visit). Waited over 20 minutes after the ultrasound to be put in another room where another tech would be glued to the computer asking me the same questions about compression stockings. I can’t stress enough how wonderful my techs and receptionists were ! I have 5 stars across the board! Especially for my ultra sound tech Nicole ! Jenny, Stacy, Bella were very helpful as well ! I highly recommend this place for Vein treatment ! This was my first visit here so I have a few more yet but if they go as planned I will be completely happy!
I was referred to CVR and what a good decision it was. Starting from the initial phone call to make the appointment. Very easy and pleasant. Then the first visit, the consultation. Walking into the office, you are greeted with a smile and a "how can I help you". The tech doing the ultrasound, to the nurse taking all the medical info, to the doctor, herself we are so pleasant and caring.
