I recently had the opportunity to have my multiple varicose vein (treatment) surgeries done by Dr. Pamela Kim & I couldn't be more impressed. She's an extremely professional and caring surgeon, offering thoughtful and knowledgeable advice every step of the way. The staff were also incredibly friendly, flexible and welcoming. ⸻ I had a terrible experience during my first appointment at the Center for Vein Restoration in Framingham. While en route, I received a call from a staff member who rudely informed me I was 20 minutes late, even though I had called an hour earlier and was told by a polite gentleman that it wouldn’t be a problem. I have been very pleased with the care that I received from Dr. Kim and her staff. They are friendly, thorough and very attentive to the well-being and comfort of their patients. Dr. Kim takes the time to explain things and make sure that you understand your options. I was especially struck by the caring and reassuring approach of all the staff both during and after my procedure/s. I am very satisfied with the results and would not hesitate to recommend this practice to others. I’m so glad to have found them.
