If I could give them a negative rating, I would. Front office staff has NO idea what they are doing. They kept calling me in to do more imaging, while messing around with insurance (they claimed insurance was giving THEM the run around and it was my responsibility to deal with it--meanwhile BCBS told me it is the provider who needs to work on the business end of things). I had a terrible experience during my first appointment at the Center for Vein Restoration in Framingham. While en route, I received a call from a staff member who rudely informed me I was 20 minutes late, even though I had called an hour earlier and was told by a polite gentleman that it wouldn't be a problem. When I tried to explain, she raised her voice and told me to "look for another location," which I never asked for.
