The staff is friendly and efficient. Everyone seems to be very happy to work there. The nurse, Nikki, and the young lady who did my ultra sound, Alicia, were great. I always appreciate health care professionals that introduce themselves and explain what they are doing. I was nervous about the appointment, but Dr Pappas was wonderful. He reassured me and gave me some follow up instructions. I highly recommend this practice. It will my first choice for vein issues and will recommend to friends and family.

Wonderful doctor, thoroughly explained my scan and steps needed for treatment. Made sure I was comfortable and did not feel rushed at all which is rare now a days. Staff is wonderful just all around great experience.

Dr. Peter Pappas is the vascular surgeon I would most recommend to anyone who requires vein care. He is an experienced pro and a kindling spirit. When you are in his care, rest assured you've got an expert who cares. I've known him since 2006 when he provided life-saving surgery after I suffered an abdominal aneurysm. If I could give this doctor and his staff a negative rating, I would. I went to this office with my mother and sister. Before the appointment, we called three different times to confirm that my mother's insurance was accepted, and each time we were told that it was. However, when we arrived, they refused to accept her insurance. The receptionist was extremely rude and disrespectful. Never met or spoke to Dr. Pappas. Go into my second appointment and they tell me they are doing the procedure that day. Within 2 minutes they whisk me into a room and tell me to undress and put on surgical garments. I am on the table and the nurse is telling some young man what to do and it turns out that he's a "doctor". He never introduced himself or even spoke to me. This review is for Dr. Papa, a bad doctor with a lack of ethics. A dishonest person with no human feelings. He operated on my two legs for varicose veins. But he did such a bad job that he left me with black spots and unclosed scars on my two legs. Knowing that I am diabetic. The veins should have been closed, but he left them open. I made appointments and asked to find out my out of pocket expense. They told me my insurance company has to let me know. My insurance company said they cannot because office didn't submit correct information. The office insisted it's not their fault and so after going back and forth I got nowhere. Dr. Pappas got extremely upset about a post treatment questionnaire I fill out before going in the room, he walks in and greets me and immediately after he starts asked me about the questionnaire and why I gave him that review I did know what to say so I asked him was the questionnaire that serious? he said yes!
