Dr. Thirumlai is AMAZING! She walks you through everything so that you understand what’s going on, makes you feel comfortable, and even cracks some jokes to ease the anxiety. Her bedside manner is great! Everyone on her team is very nice and helpful. I went to another doctor at CVR and he totally downplayed my venous insufficiency and said I was fine. I was referred to this office by my primary care physician because I was diagnosed with CVI. It was easy to make an appointment. I got a CT scan and set a date to have the ablation. Today was my big day. I am so pleased with the procedure and the amount of care I received. Dr Thirumlai is truly blessed to have a staff that works like a well oiled machine. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, I was impressed. It was very professional, (not stuffy professional), and friendly. The best part was those awesome shorts they give you, lol Tom
Receptionist really nice, and attentive, wait was long, my med tech was knowledgeable, comfortable to talk to very professional, and the nurse was very nice and explained the results of my ultrasound which were on point, checking out was a breeze, team work at it's best.
I was very pleased with my first visit. The staff are very pleasant and answered questions. Their plan for me seems quite reasonable.
