This was far best experience I have had inside of the doctor visit. E v eryone working there made me feel welcome. They was all pleasant right down to the head person ( the doctor). They all knew what they were doing with the patient. They did not rush,. This is the best Center for Veins. Check them out you won't be sorry. All of you keep up the good work.
Dr. Thirumlai is AMAZING! She walks you through everything so that you understand what’s going on, makes you feel comfortable, and even cracks some jokes to ease the anxiety. Her bedside manner is great! Everyone on her team is very nice and helpful. I went to another doctor at CVR and he totally downplayed my venous insufficiency and said I was fine. I was referred to this office by my primary care physician because I was diagnosed with CVI. It was easy to make an appointment. I got a CT scan and set a date to have the ablation. Today was my big day. I am so pleased with the procedure and the amount of care I received. Dr Thirumlai is truly blessed to have a staff that works like a well oiled machine. The Ultrasound technician and assistant were very professional and personable, and then with nurse made certain that I understood what was happening and what the next steps would be. The video conference with the doctor was very reassuring. Finally the lady we check out with was very helpful and laid out future appts nicely. The overall first experience was excellent.
