The Ultrasound technician and assistant were very professional and personable, and then with nurse made certain that I understood what was happening and what the next steps would be. The video conference with the doctor was very reassuring. Finally the lady we check out with was very helpful and laid out future appts nicely. The overall first experience was excellent.
My appointment was on time. Everyone I met was courteous, professional and pleasant. My experience was a 5 out of 5. Thank you to everyone who made my 1st ever visit such a positive experience.
