The Ultrasound technician and assistant were very professional and personable, and then with nurse made certain that I understood what was happening and what the next steps would be. The video conference with the doctor was very reassuring. Finally the lady we check out with was very helpful and laid out future appts nicely. The overall first experience was excellent.
She was one of the best doctors I have ever seen. Her personality, compassion and knowledge made me very comfortable and I felt heard. She took her time to really get to know me and what my concerns were. She explained everything in a way that I could understand. The entire team from the minute I walked in the door was positive and friendly.
I was very pleased with my visit today, everyone was very nice and helpful. The person at front desk, the ultrasound lady, the nurse and the Doctor, treated me with respect and answered all my questions and I was very satisfied. Staff at the exit desk also very professional and helpful. Thank you all.
The doctor and staff are all friendly, organized and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them. P.S. Don’t be fooled - the procedures aren’t pain free - but they work.
I was fortunate in that they took me in the same morning I called. The techs, the nurse, the doctor and the front desk staff were so very kind and efficient. I've been using them for years but had stopped during covid. Wish I had continued
