This was my first visit to the Center for Vein Restoration in King of Prussia, headed by Dr. Rachael Snow, and I couldn't be more pleased. Melissa at the front desk was friendly and so efficient, the ultrasound technician, or sonographer, was quick yet patient, Melissa (yes, another one!), the technician, was informative and friendly, and Dr. Snow was also informative, warm, and friendly. I went in today and was seen by the assistant—I had to drive 50 minutes to get there and miss work—and on top of that, the assistant just looked at my foot and said, "Everything is fine, you can go." The doctor didn't even come out of courtesy to say, "Oh, that green spot on your leg? That's normal." Nothing. I drove 50 minutes there and 50 minutes back home. I am having extreme leg pain so I called this practice and they gave me a same day appointment. The staff were kind and professional. I received seemingly good advice and my compression socks were ordered. The only thing that wasn’t so great is the fact that they could do nothing to relieve my pain that day.
Went to my first appointment here and the experience was Great! I want to thank Miss Christina and Dr. Rachel Snow for their care and support. Thank you 🙏
