Terrible experience. 3 mos ago I was told that my veins weren’t “bad enough” yet and to come back in 3 mos. I just arrived for the appt. Scheduled time was 3:15. There was bad traffic on 422 and I called 3 times to see if I would be able to keep the appointment or if I should reschedule. Each time I was told that the operator could not get the office on the phone but if I arrived within the 15 minute grace period, I would be fine. Unfortunally I didn’t have a positive visit . I have been dealing with varicose vein problems for a while now and I thought seem a female dr who would understand how this problem affect my daily life . I got there and got my scans done which it’s a protocol for the visit , after that I got to talk to the Dr who suggest me to use fake tan on my legs to help with the appearance , also she told a little bit of low blood flow in one leg but not enough to be treated . Dr. Snow and her staff do amazing work. Very thorough and great communication.
They were very good at identifying all the work I needed to have done on my legs. The doctor and assistant did a nice job. Scheduling was easy. I was very happy with everything.
Everyone's issue is different so I won't get into what these people did for me but they are fantastic. Down to earth, empathetic and helpful are just a few things I can say but there are so many more. Thank you Dr. Snow and everyone else. I don't know everyone's name so I don't want to miss anyone. They were all amazing. Thank you!!!
