My first experience here was a good one. The tech was patient and very thorough during my ultrasound. The nurse and doctor were very nice and explained everything to me about the future procedures that will be done. I look forward to my future visits!
My time with the Center for Vein Restoration for my initial visit was most informative and I was very impressed with how cordial and cooperative the staff were with me and each other. What an awesome team Dr. Fried has to take care of his patients. His dedication to the service is apparent!
Had an excellent experience with the tech with whom I spent Part 1 of my visit. Ethan greeted me in the waiting room and did a thorough sonogram test revealing my vein health and whether I had any blood clots. He explained everything, working quickly but precisely. And we shared a few personal stories in between testing. He handed me over to the terrific RN who told me the results and informed me of things I could do to reduce swelling. The staff and Dr. Fried are amazing. He is very kind and explains your results and diagnosis in an easy to understand manner. Also the ultrasound technologist and nurse are amazing!
The young man who did my vein sonogram was very good, nice and personable. I was sent to this office by another Dr in order to assess possible vein restrictions that might be causing another issue. The Dr was quite rude, telling me that they don't work with feet and a diagnosis either way didn't matter. I would never recommend this office until there would be another Dr there. I'd rather drive to Baltimore for a more professional office.
