I hate to leave such a negative review, but I have been trying to get a vein appointment for surgery since May of 2026. I am constantly being told that they will contact me with a date for my surgery. Never heard back. And this has been at least 15 attempts to try to reach Dr. Fried‘s office. I am so frustrated. I would try another vein surgeon in a heartbeat, but because of my insurance, I have to go to the Center for Vein Restorat I cannot afford to pay out-of-pocket for this procedure. Had very nice 1st visit. Office is clean and all staff are kind and professional. Got appointment quickly. Was given opportunity to fill out paperwork on line but was not asked repeatedly to do this as one reviewer mentioned. Would highly recommend this office. The actual office is on the 2nd floor but when you enter the door to their office the elevator is right there. Staff ensures that all your questions are answered before you leave.
Went to the Rehoboth Delaware location. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with kindness and respect. The medical staff asked great questions and seemed very interested in my answers. Some testing was done and afterward both the nurse and the doctor came in, gave me the results of the test and suggested I do some things as a follow up. Overall, a very good experience there. I appreciate their work very much.
I want to thank Dr. Fried and his amazing staff. My husband was at his first appointment with Dr. Fried when he experienced an unrelated heart issue. Dr. Fried assisted with his staff to get my husband immediate medical attention. He was transported to Beebe hospital where he was admitted. I wish to thank everyone at the Vein Center for their help in caring for my husband. I can’t say enough about this office and the fantastic employees.
From the front desk to everybody in the back, it’s a wonderful experience there, ask questions they give you good answers and they’re very polite Really like coming there it’s very easy to get things done no confusing. They do a wonderful job truly professional.
