The experience at Dr. Fried office was amazing, they sat me down and told me what was gonna happen. The girl her name was Kaz. She was really really nice maybe feel comfortable asked me if I had any questions and then she answered them., The nurse Stephanie was amazing too. I had to get my wife in the other room for my medication list. And she went and got her and brought her in the room and explained everything to me and my wife A-to-Z. I visited their office a few years ago for a sonogram and had a scheduled surgery. My calf hurt for 6-9 months after surgery so I didn’t go back for the other leg. My other calf is aching so I finally rescheduled my sonogram so that I can have the other calf operated on. It took months to get an appointment. Two days before my appointment they called and said they overbooked. 😩 I have a busy schedule because I still work and travel for work and they are only open in Rehoboth on Monday and Wednesday. I didn't know what to expect. Everyone was smiley and friendly. Asked me a variety of questions. I saw a technician then a nurse, then Dr Fried. They each took their time with no rushing. Dr Fried explained my level of vein disease and what he could to alleviate the problem. My husband was just returning from out of town and Dr Fried said I could wait for him and he would then talk to both of us so that we could both ask questions. I would highly recommend this practice. Thank you to all of them.
I had my first appt with Dr. Fried late August. All appointments were scheduled out thru October with the first appointment being 10/1. My paperwork was not received by the insurance co. until 9/29. The Rehoboth office had my authorization and cancelled all my appointments. I was told by the office they did not have the authorization from insurance. I was very pleased with my experience at Center for Vein restoration. Everyone was helpful, respectful, knowledgeable and professional. I was taken in for the ultrasound as soon as I arrived and then I saw the nurse and doctor without much wait time at all. Everything was explained to me in detail and everyone was friendly. Thank you
