The service here is wonderful! Everyone in the office is kind and treats you with respect! The doctor took his time explaining the treatment and answered all of my questions! I highly recommend this office!
Everyone from receptionist to the tech , to the dr to the lady taking notes were completely professional in every way. The Dr spent extra time explaining what is causing my problem and why and possible solutions. Extremely knowledgeable
ZERO STARS...HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The customer service at this location is absolutely terrible, especially when it comes to elderly patients. I made two appointments for my 84-year-old mother, who has been a patient at the Bronx location. Since she lives in Hartsdale, it only made sense to schedule her appointment at the closer location. Patient beware! You are mistaken if you think you will be examined by a doctor, let alone examined at all! I called and scheduled an appointment for an ultrasound and doctor visit. I then received multiple texts and emails to confirm I had an in person appointment with a physician’s assistant, not a doctor. I wasn’t too upset about it. The front desk had no compassion or empathy at all. I literally went to the wrong building 670 as this was my first time there and was lost. I got to the building at 7:56 app was for 7:45 there is a grace period when i got to the floor i looked for direction the directory on second floor told me to go in an opposite direction. Overall had a bad experience getting there to be told because i was 2 mins past the grace period i would have to reschedule or wait to see if the next appointment canceled only then i would be seen.
