The lady at the front desk was also very professional. She was so welcoming. She made me feel so comfortable. To have someone like that to welcome you. Makes you feel that this is a great place. Then I went to the back and met 2 other ladies who did the procedure. They explained everything as the were doing it. They made sure I was comfortable. Really good experience from start to finish. They really take their time and everyone is super kind and friendly. The doctor is very friendly and explains everything thoroughly to make sure you understand the procedures. Highly recommend. Felt very comfortable there.
During my visit , I had the pleasure of interacting with four staff members. It was a pleasure dealing with each of them. The receptionist was welcoming and appreciative of my pre visit and check in preparation. The tech person who performed my CT scan was comforting and answered all of my questions in a friendly manner, not at all bothered by the volume of questions I posed.
