WARNING TO CONSUMERS!!! DO NOT GO TO METRO VEIN CENTER!!! After consultation they pursued me constantly to do treatment. I confirmed with my insurance company that they were 100% covered and paid the $50 co-pay on all seven visits now I am being pursued by debt collectors for thousands of dollars owed to them. They do treatment then send your name to debt collectors that you didn't pay when they received thousands from the insurance.
