I don’t trust this company, got surprise billing, they didn’t read the insurance card or follow directions on ins card and when you call to ask billing questions the lady seems like she doesn’t understand English, says her piece but never answers your question. I asked 3 times then gave up. I called back another day to get someone else and it was same thing. No answers. I’m not supposed to get a bill but I keep getting them. I’ll admit I was a bit nervous going into this appointment, as I wasn’t sure what to expect. However, after meeting with Dr. Anandan and her outstanding support staff, I immediately felt more at ease. They took the time to clearly explain the issues at hand and outline the next steps in my treatment plan. Their professionalism and clarity made the entire experience far more comfortable.
The front staff is very efficient and nice. The technicians are also informative and nice . I can not say enough wonderful things about the doctor! She is kind, knowledgeable, and caring. I would suggest if you have any vein concerns, this is the place to come .
Dr. Anandan and her staff are so amazing from start to finish. From start to finish your experience with this team will leave you wanting to go back. If you are on the fence of who to go to for your procedure I highly recommend this Doctor you will love her!!!
