The staff here are wonderful! From the front of the office to the back, and I have to especially acknowledge the C-Tech, Phylicia. I had gone for treatment mult. Weeks in a row, and the week Phylicia wasn’t there, I noticed. She pays special attention to detail which made all of the difference for me as a patient. I can tell she loves her job and is very good at it! Will definitely recommend this office.
They wanted me to do a procedure that was not needed at this point of my issue. I went for a second opinion which provided me with the correct diagnostic.
The ultrasound tech was AMAZING!!! She made me feel uber comfortable and safe. The nurse and Dr. Baxt were great as well! Dr. Baxt was highly informative. I can’t wait to have my procedures done.
The staff is professional, approachable, helpful, responsive, friendly. I've never experienced better care from an office / medical staff. And Dr. Baxt is equally friendly, professional, and approachable...honestly, I wish that I could "duplicate" him as my primary care physician--he is that good.
