Nice greeting at front desk. Gave me form to complete with instructions The scan tech ( sorry I don't know her name) tried her best to make comfortable because I can't lay flat on my back. I think she got a little annoyed when I asked questions but she did have to concentrate on her job Then I saw Chrissy and what a super personality and made me feel so comfortable. The entire experience was so relaxing and pleasant. I don't know the names of all of those who helped me but everyone was wonderful. I did see Dr. Flohr and she is fantastic. Her care is exceptional going over all the findings and then making recommendations for further care regarding caring for my leg veins. Everyone was thorough in caring for me. Highly recommend!!!
Beware of any medical service that advertises for new patients. I have been a business owner for over 30 years and should have known better; sadly, I trusted Dr. Rossi to be open and honest. This doctor and practice's main focal point is to upsell you to procedures that have consequences beyond what is portrayed. Written consent SHOULD still be mandatory before any procedures.
