ALL of the doctors, nurses and receptionists are so amazing here. I have very bad anxiety and health anxiety so it’s always nerve wracking when I go to the doctor. This place from the first time I went in with my octopus stuffed animal for support was so inviting and warm with me - exactly what I needed. This is probably one of the best doctor/medical visit experiences in my life so far. Very appreciative of their care
Dr. Flohr, the ultrasound technician, and all of the staff at the Mechanicsburg location were so kind and helpful. They were patient and very knowledgeable in answering my questions. The ultrasound was thorough and explained while being completed. They reviewed my results and did not try to sell me on any procedures that I did not need. My situation required referrals to other locations but they coordinated everything and explained next steps. Awesome group of people at this office!!! The office staff, those that do the ultra-sounds, the nurses and the Doc!!! They are all great. They all made me feel relaxed throughout the whole process. Dr. Flohr is REALLY GOOD!!! She answers all your questions and tried to make it all very comfortable. I would recommend this Dr. 100%
My appt went well, from the front desk check in to my radiology scans, nurse explaining the scans.First time seeing Dr T Flohr, she explained results and treatment taking her time. Checkout and scheduling girl was excellent and very helpful with Ins questions. Very good visit
Dr. Flohr and her assistant were very knowledgeable in explaining their findings and how they would go about providing me the best treatment option. The ultrasound technician was kind and efficient as well as the front desk staff. They all create a comfortable environment.
