I was seen by Tatiana Dean who really made me feel that my care and comfort were the number one priority. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and since this medical condition is new to me she helped to educate me plus reduce some of my apprehension. I should also add that the front office staff were extremely friendly and helpful All in all this medical facility is fortunate to have staff like like. I can assure you that this is not the norm in many other facilities. Tatiana- Thank you very much
Dr. Soto and her team are top notch !!! Friendly , knowledgeable and very attentive to their patients comfort !! The ultrasound staff deserves a gold star as well as the whole staff ! Kathy , who worked on my spider veins was terrific ! She made a painful procedure with little pain ! I never had a pain when she was working on me !! Very skilled !!! I would recommend Dr. Soto to anyone needing her service !! Hats off to the whole staff , from the receptionist to the techs and Dr. Soto !!
This was my first visit to the Center for Vein Restoration. I had an ultrasound of my legs and it revealed a reason for the swelling I was experiencing in my legs and feet. Dr. Soto consulted with me about options for treatment. Everything was explained well. All of the staff I dealt with were very experienced and knowledgeable. I look forward to having my treatments in the coming weeks and feeling some relief from my symptoms.
Staff was okay, didn't get much in the way of help for my veins. Bought compression socks from there. Pretty worthless. Thin hard to get on straight. I've found Tommie Copper compression socks are less expensive and work great.
The technician and assistant were great, but the doctor’s communication was disappointing. I felt dismissed and spoken to in a condescending manner, and assumptions were made about my health without taking the time to ask. I expected a more thorough and respectful approach. I would not recommend this business.
