The staff was amazing, friendly, and very efficient. A special shoutout to the team at the front desk for their outstanding support, professionalism, and kindness throughout my visit. Dr. Satwah was also amazing—knowledgeable, caring, and took the time to address all of my concerns. Overall, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend this office
What a calming & welcoming, professional experience with every interaction from the Staff. I was blessed with a favorable diagnosis. I was treated & felt as if I was the only & special patient.🙂 I highly recommend Dr. Satwah for his bedside manner. The gentleman who did my ultrasound & the Nurse were exceptional in thier care & concern. I arrived on time for my appointment and was seen on time. The techs were very friendly and nice. They explained what they were doing, which calmed my nerves. After they checked my veins and confirmed no blood clots, I was satisfied. I spoke with a nurse afterwards then with a PA. Compression stocking were recommended then I was out of there. Of course I'll see them again 6 months for a follow-up. I'm pleased.
The personnel at Vein Restoration are the friendliest and professional people. They greet you other a smile and the waiting period is never long. The young lady that did my exam was training another intern and informed me before the exam took placed. She made sure l was comfortable doing the entire exam. The nurse was the nicest and professional also asked all the pertinent questions about how l felt then took my measurements of legs and ankles. I truly appreciate the advice and support this company provides. Thank you
Dr. Satwah is knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely cares about his patients. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions without rushing, and was very reassuring. I was especially impressed by how efficient the office was—I had my CT scan and was able to review the results with both the nurse and Dr. Satwah immediately afterward. No waiting days for answers! Excellent care and a wonderful experience overall. Highly recommended.
