The office was easy to locate, clean and functional. The staff were very nice and informative. They answered all my questions thoroughly and explained the process and treatment plan to help my current condition. I was very impressed and pleased when I called for an appointment, showed up to the office, met with the technician, nurse and doctor. Looking forward to my healing process!
First time with this center and found wonderful staff and Doctor here. Efficient testing and complete explanation of the procedure and results along the way. They took the time to really explan everything and recommended options. Highly recommend this practice.
My experience at Dr. Satwah's office was excellent. The entire staff is wonderful—they are polite, friendly, and very informative. Dr. Satwah was great, and Leslie, in particular, was incredibly kind and thorough with her care. It's a fantastic practice that clearly values its patients.
Everyone I had an encounter with were top tier! From front desk to the doctor himself! Such a warm welcome! Very knowledgeable and experienced. They kept me informed every step of the way! I highly recommend them. A great team of professionals and providers!
Newbie here. My entire visit was exceptional from the customer service engagement to the interaction with staff. They are solutions focused meaning upon 1st interaction they do ultrasound of your legs to rule out. Most doctors give pills, then if that doesn't work a shot or physical therapy and finally when you can barely move here comes referral for radiology appt. Not this team What stood out most my Dr. Acknowledging his nurse as his colleague. #Teamwork and he went made me coffee
