Best landlords around. Genuinely care about their tenants and the community as a whole.
Originally planned as a high end walking mall with plenty of nearby parking it is becoming a more and more rundown neighborhood with high crime, low occupancy of stores, and crowded access. Some things worth going to but they are becoming scarce as the local government mismanages even simple things. More often I find somewhere else to get what I want.
Very good apartment, I think the price is a great value for the location. Awesome design for a two bedroom (except for having two doors to the same bedroom lol). I wish the buzzer system worked to let guests in without having to go all the way to the back door or downstairs, but I overall have had a great experience. The main thing I would complain about would be that they don't have guaranteed parking passes to the parking garage connected to the building. A nice place to meet your friends for coffee or grab some food from one of the many establishments on the commons. Center Ithaca has public restrooms and a few food vendors. They have changed since I have ate here so I can't speak to the food there at this moment. Definitely a nice spot especially in this cold weather when you can't be on the commons for too long.
There trying to get the stores up and running. I go there for my haircut and on the 1st floor to grab something to eat at one of the eateries that are there. You can get burgers and fries, pizza, sodas. They have like 3 different Asian spots also.. Mad yummy
