I have lived here for several years, and this place is incredible! Such a joy to live in and a great location central to almost everything. Community is very walkable, can walk downtown in minutes, and even access to SeaTac Airport without ever having to get inside a car. Multiple grocery stores within a block or two, and amazing food/bars/restaurants/ entertainment super close to home. The staff are what make this place the best, they are all very helpful and attentive to requests!
I have lived here for 2 and a half years now and I have loved every day here! The amenities and location make the rent totally worth it and then some. I love the convenience of the espresso machine and the cafe style furniture in the lobby. It makes for a cozy place to get through emails or a chill hang with neighbors and friends. Kharlo is phenomenal! My move-in was a breeze and I felt very welcomed. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for units with thoughtful storage and layouts, close distance to grocery stores and events nearby.
Great building, good job GGLO! Always surprising when brand new construction rents for the same as 80's buildings in the same area. Building staff is A+, any maintenance issues I've seen have been addressed in
I've been living at Center Steps for almost 7 months and absolutely love my apartment. The building is very new and has a stylish look. There are two rooftops, both offering amazing views of the city and the Space Needle. The location is truly unmatched, with everything just a few steps away. Very happy with my place!
