The inspector presented himself as very friendly and professional. That is a plus. He proceeded to look around my home (checking doors, looking for cracks in the walls, etc), got his measurement equipment, explaining the intire process to me, then at the end of his inspection, he summarized what he did, his findings, and at this point he did not see anything for me to be concerned about, but to stay vigilant. I highly recommend CenTex! They were honest and ethical, and I was relieved when they told me my foundation did not need repair! They were my second opinion; the first foundation company I called quoted me $14K for unnecessary repair.
CenTex came out and checked 2 houses for me. One needed work and one did not. I appreciate their honesty and not trying to sell me something I didn’t need! Very friendly, professional people.

Unbelievably good service! The service tech (Brandon) and I talked about the pros and cons of the current state of my foundation and came to the conclusion that foundation work was not needed at this time. In today's environment, it is extremely refreshing to know that some companies still have the customers best interest as their guiding star. CenTex is one of those companies.
