I was blown away by my experience today! Everything was outstanding. I called for an appointment yesterday afternoon and they were able to get me in today at 9:15AM. I was done with my entire visit (including the root canal) by 10AM. April greeted me as soon as I walked in with laughter, jokes and so much warmth. Dr. Klus was amazing. I felt zero pain and the procedure was done very quickly. She was always checking in to make sure I felt okay and has a phenomenal bedside manner.
1 week ago I had a root canal done by Dr. Joseph Bonavilla. Dr. Bonavilla, and his staff Lauren, Alex and April are all wonderful!!! From the time making the appointment to checking out I was treated like family. Lauren helped during this procedure and both her and Dr. Bonavilla communicated well and walked me through the whole process insuring me that I will be OK and was doing great! No one thinks a root canal is a good time but this was the best experience I can remember at a dentist. I had a situation develop overnight and they had me scheduled by 1 the same day and in and out in 90 minutes. This is not my normal dentist either. Very clean. All of the staff were kind. I highly recommend them.
Dr. Bonavilla and his all of his staff did a great job on my first ever root canal. It was a sudden visit, but they took me in willingly and worked me in, assessed my tooth and did the root canal immediately. I was in a lot of pain and they handled it perfectly. I would recommend this practice and Dr.Bonavilla to anyone.
Great staff, got me in quick From a referral the day before. Way better experience than I had from a previous root canal elsewhere. Just had it done today and are happy with the results thus far. I expect a pleasant recovery.
