I absolutely adore and trust Dr. Bonavilla. I've used him for the 11 years we've lived here. He's the BEST Endodontist I've had and I've lived here and decades in Atlanta. He's simply the best! If I ever move back to Atlanta, I'll still come back here! And I want to thank him and his awesome staff...I needed to be seen quickly due to an upcoming trip AND ended up needing to be worked in between my husbands Dr. Appts. Everything fit together like a perfect puzzle and everyone so kind compassionate and friendly.
I was able to make an appointment very quickly and upon arrival, did not have to wait very long to be seen. After the doctor reviewed my x-rays she determined that it would be best to wait and see if my pain subsided on its own (which it did). I appreciate that she did not rush to suggest surgery. The doctor, technician and front office staff were all very caring and professional. I highly recommend this practice.
I was blown away by my experience today! Everything was outstanding. I called for an appointment yesterday afternoon and they were able to get me in today at 9:15AM. I was done with my entire visit (including the root canal) by 10AM. April greeted me as soon as I walked in with laughter, jokes and so much warmth. Dr. Klus was amazing. I felt zero pain and the procedure was done very quickly. She was always checking in to make sure I felt okay and has a phenomenal bedside manner.
Appointment was made in a timely manner, customer service was excellent! Dr Klus was very professional and has the best bedside mannerism, she explained everything thoroughly. She genuinely cares for her patients. Nowadays this is very rare for my appointments to be so pleasant. I would definitely use Central Carolina Endodontists again if services are needed. The teamwork was excellent. Dr Bonavilla was super nice and obviously understands "chicken hearted" patients like me. Nurse Patty was very patient with me. Overall, great experience and treatment for a difficult procedure.
