Appointment was made in a timely manner, customer service was excellent! Dr Klus was very professional and has the best bedside mannerism, she explained everything thoroughly. She genuinely cares for her patients. Nowadays this is very rare for my appointments to be so pleasant. I would definitely use Central Carolina Endodontists again if services are needed. I was blown away by my experience today! Everything was outstanding. I called for an appointment yesterday afternoon and they were able to get me in today at 9:15AM. I was done with my entire visit (including the root canal) by 10AM. April greeted me as soon as I walked in with laughter, jokes and so much warmth. Dr. Klus was amazing. I felt zero pain and the procedure was done very quickly. She was always checking in to make sure I felt okay and has a phenomenal bedside manner.
1 week ago I had a root canal done by Dr. Joseph Bonavilla. Dr. Bonavilla, and his staff Lauren, Alex and April are all wonderful!!! From the time making the appointment to checking out I was treated like family. Lauren helped during this procedure and both her and Dr. Bonavilla communicated well and walked me through the whole process insuring me that I will be OK and was doing great! If you do need a root canal, do not been nervous...It was a pain-free experience! I had no discomfort during or after procedure. Thanks again... read more
What would nice surprise! Lately I’ve been feeling sad because many of the health care providers I’ve relied on for decades are retiring. Having been referred to Central Carolina Endodontics was a terrific surprise. Dr. Bonavilla and his staff made root canal one thousand times better than I was anticipating! Everyone in the office made me feel welcomed, the procedure was quick and painless, and as an added surprise my nextdoor neighbor who cares for my dogs when I go out of town is a staff member in the Irmo Office. Root Canals are never fun. But the staff made me feel so comfortable and they were very personable. I would definitely choose them again if the need arose.
