All the staff here are so nice! Dr. Klus made sure I understood the procedure, didn’t have any questions, and felt comfortable. The procedure was super quick and easy. I loved how multiple staff members mentioned if I needed anything or had any problems to call, showing that their patients matter to them.
The Pros: Quick appointments available. I was provided with an appointment the same day that I called into their office. The office staff and doctor were very kind and professional. The Cons: The out-of-pocket amount was grossly underestimated. Once services had been completed and the insurance filed, there was still over $200 due. A pre-treatment estimate from my insurance company (as I requested) likely would have provided a more accurate representation of out-of-pocket costs. Upon arriving for dental work, the receptionist was very pleasant and had everything ready for me to sign. The dentist and his assistant were very pleasant and made me feel very comfortable. They explained everything in order as he worked on my tooth. His assistant periodically checked on me and show great compassion throughout the procedure. Thanks to everyone there and the pleasant atmosphere.
Great folks! I had my first and hopefully last root canal today. As much as I was worried about it; they quickly put me at ease by explaining the process in detail. They explained things throughout the procedure as well including how far along they were and how much time was left etc. Most importantly; no pain at all once they numbed the area. Highly recommend!
Dr. Bonnavilla and staff are exceptional. I was in terrible pain and they truly care. I appreciate them so much and highly recommend them. Hopefully I don’t need another root canal but if I do, I won’t hesitate to revisit.
