Manager is super rude not friendly, not helpful the way he talk to customer is loud.need to be replace he need to be train And act like a professional man
The premises is very clean and secure, i appreciate the climate control. I’ve been renting a unit there for several years. Mathew has always been very kind, friendly, helpful and caring.
I writing this review because I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received from a clerk at the Kahului location this afternoon named Mathew, I was treated with disrespect and sarcasm when I went in to asked for a pin code to get in my unit that I rent for many years and that never missed a payment being enrolled in auto pay because the didn’t work many times that I tried to dog to the unit on Sundays, this clerk was plain rude and when I told him that I should be respected he told me to leave, and I did... read more
Excellent place to store extremely sextremely secure very helpful polite staff could not have been easier I wasn't there long and didn't cost much I got exactly what I needed for a fair price
