Matthew made it easy and painless to set up a storage unit.
My items are damaged after storing there by water and mold and they continue to charge me after I removed my items and cleared the storage. I removed all my items and had three different conversations with the manager and Sarah the assistant that works there. Both confirmed I will have no further charges if I remove my items by March 3, which I did yet. I continue to get statements of charges from them. Manager is super rude not friendly, not helpful the way he talk to customer is loud.need to be replace he need to be train And act like a professional man
The premises is very clean and secure, i appreciate the climate control. I’ve been renting a unit there for several years. Mathew has always been very kind, friendly, helpful and caring.
