Was impressed how quickly they could get me in. Dr Smith was everything I needed since I am a HUGE whimp. He was thorough, considerate and concerned that I was doing ok. Obviously, he does lots of root canals. But my experience really was quick and pain free. Dr Smith called me personally the next day to check up on me. Highly recommend.
I had an infection in an existing root canal that I got years ago. I was able to come here and Dr. Poulos was able to locate the infection and repair my existing root canal. I was really impressed with his knowledge and advancements in technology. Dr. Poulos was able to locate the area of infection with a microscope and fix the problem. I got a voicemail for an estimate of $650 for a root canal to be done, went to my appt they did a quick scan on me, told me I didn’t need to get a root canal and was done in 15 minutes. Went to go pay for the appt she said I owed $450 bucks and $270 of that was for the 10 second scan that they didn’t tell me Cost beforehand and one that I had already brought in from my dentist. I had a root canal with Dr. Steven Smith at Central Ohio Endodontics and couldn’t be happier with the care I received. Kaitlyn was able to get me in right away to see Dr. Smith. She clearly understood the urgency and was so kind. The office is new, clean, and comfortable. They even have several offices around for convenience. Dr Smith was great! Very friendly and did a super job on my tooth. Even called me the next day to see how I was doing. I would highly recommend him!
