I had a root canal with Dr. Steven Smith at Central Ohio Endodontics and couldn’t be happier with the care I received. Kaitlyn was able to get me in right away to see Dr. Smith. She clearly understood the urgency and was so kind. The office is new, clean, and comfortable. They even have several offices around for convenience. I needed a root canal. My dentist called and they got me in the same day! Dr. Smith was amazing. His assistant was so kind and gentle. No one wants to have any dental issues but I've found my new specialist! I highly recommend
The care and expertise at a time of heightened pain is very comforting. Dr Smith goes above and beyond and even called me personally the next day to see how I was . Root canals are not fun , but he makes it so much more bearable and was finished very quickly. Highly recommend
Dr Smith was very thorough and he explained the procedure and results very clearly and patiently. He made me feel comfortable. Best of all he called me the next day to see how I was doing and was genuinely interested and concerned about any pain levels.
I can’t say enough good things about Doctor Sloan and the office staff at their Westerville office. After another endodontist practice completely scammed us, causing a significante delay in my daughter’s treatment causing her severe pain for days and almost losing her tooth, this office immediately squeezed us into their busy schedule. Dr. Sloan accurately diagnosed the issue, and saved my daughter’s tooth after several procedures with his incredible expertise and extensive knowledge of cutting edge medical research.
