Fantastic experience. Dr. Smith is a true professional, highly skilled with an exceptional bedside manner. He cares not only about his healthcare responsibility, but people overall. While just being there indicates there's some issue, he makes it a fun, painless, and overall satisfying experience. The office is great. Bright, clean, and the aesthetics make it an inviting environment. For me, this goes back to caring about the patients and their positive experience.
I had an infection in an existing root canal that I got years ago. I was able to come here and Dr. Poulos was able to locate the infection and repair my existing root canal. I was really impressed with his knowledge and advancements in technology. Dr. Poulos was able to locate the area of infection with a microscope and fix the problem. Was impressed how quickly they could get me in. Dr Smith was everything I needed since I am a HUGE whimp. He was thorough, considerate and concerned that I was doing ok. Obviously, he does lots of root canals. But my experience really was quick and pain free. Dr Smith called me personally the next day to check up on me. Highly recommend.
Dr. Smith is a great doc. He's attentive and explains things to you as he does them, never feel like I am out of the loop when in his care. Great Doc!
