For the second time, I was refused pain relief. I had an appointment September 2nd assuming I'd receive a epidural which I've received twice in the past. A very rude so called doctor or what ever named Laura informed me, and my fiance, that the procedure couldn't be performed because my insurance company hadn't approved the procedure.
