I had a great experience with Centre Dental and Dr. John Shi. I initially came in to have two crowns done, and the entire process was smooth and professional. Dr. Shi uses very modern, up-to-date equipment, and the crown was completed during the same appointment, which was extremely convenient. Dr. Shi has been my dentist for over 10 years now . I randomly found him. I remember one day at night. I was in pain and I was calling almost every dentist online and nobody would take me and Dr. Shi said I should go in right away because I should not be in pain so I went in for me for him to assess me. The office looks impressive. It's set up exceeds my expectations. However, I feel like I didn't get the cleaning service, which I came for. I didn't received much more than a rinse of a month for a few minutes. This was not worth my time to visit. I am not asking for refund only out of my respect to Dr. Shia. I had my wisdom tooth extracted at Centre Dental, and the experience was much smoother than I expected. The dentist explained the procedure clearly and ensured I was comfortable throughout. Recovery was quick with minimal swelling. The staff was kind and reassuring throughout.
