My precious fella recently started his first time ABA therapy here and it's been wonderful! We are so grateful for Sam and for Sydney! They absolutely have changed our lives ❤️🩹
The first year and a half with Centria was really good, we had 1 BCBA and two technicians that whole time but by the beginning of 2021 things started going downhill. Since then, my son had 3 different BCBA's and 5 different technicians plus every time a technician would quit it would take months for Centria to find a replacement so 50% of the year my son wouldn't receive services. Please call autism alliance of MI before sending your child ANYWHERE. Had a few good months and I am thankful for the BCBA we had during our time there. But heartbroken how fast and bad things ended. Shared my concerns a month before we left, hoping to work as a team for new ideas. I felt ignored and that my say as a parent didn't mean anything. If you want your child left outside unattended in the parking lot, bring your kid here.
Please do your research before sending your child here. They are understaffed and the turnover is high. The techs are not supervised well or trained. The BcBAs will keep information from you. It’s not a safe environment
