Centria autism is an amazing place for kiddos to receive ABA therapy their process to enroll your kids into their program is pretty fast every other place had a waitlist and here at this location they didn’t. My son has been coming to this center for 6 months now and he loves it here. Every single staff member there are super friendly and very attentive to your child’s needs. Excellent work environment, I been taking my son to the center for over 6 months now and I feel confident in leaving him in good hands, shout out to Henry and his team especially Audrey and Joseph who have helped my son improve himself.
This place is horrible to work with. There are other, better options, out there for your child. I highly suggest you seek them out. Lack of professionalism seems to be the company culture. They certainly do not care about what is best for you and your child. It is all about the dollars made off insurance for them. We went 2 years being perfectly satisfied with them. Centria has been nothing short of amazing! My little guy has been coming here for a year now and has made so much progress. You can really tell all the staff is passionate and cares deeply for the parents and kiddos.
This place is seriously the worst. My 7 year old daughter has been waiting to get aba therapy through them for over 6 months they kept telling us services would start by the end of the month and they were sorry for all the waiting.Then 6 months after she hasnt been getting any services they call to tell my ex-husband that due to his insurance changing their policy at the end of the year they won't be able to provide her with services.
