Horrible experience with Henry and Bailey. The higher ups did nothing to assist and ensure they stayed in compliance let alone that my children would be safe. They thought it would be okay to feed my kids cupcakes and candy which is on their end of day reports. They also allowed their RBT to wear a belt with “sensory toys” around his waist and I kindly ask to remove it with my children as I didn’t want them in anyone’s private area. Excellent environment respectful staffs case management e.t.c. we started ABA therapy in 4 months now my boys are like the place and staffs it’s going well of course It hasn’t been that long started in January 2026 of this year great team and place. I see some progress on both of them🙏 however, sometimes short therapists on weekends that need to be consistent other than I like about Centria and keep up the good work thank you
the best ever. i have seen so much improvement in my son, in such a short amount of time. his BT’s and BCBA are the best and he’s always so happy to go ❤️
Centria autism is an amazing place for kiddos to receive ABA therapy their process to enroll your kids into their program is pretty fast every other place had a waitlist and here at this location they didn’t. My son has been coming to this center for 6 months now and he loves it here. Every single staff member there are super friendly and very attentive to your child’s needs. This place is horrible to work with. There are other, better options, out there for your child. I highly suggest you seek them out. Lack of professionalism seems to be the company culture. They certainly do not care about what is best for you and your child. It is all about the dollars made off insurance for them. We went 2 years being perfectly satisfied with them.
