Centria has been nothing short of amazing! My little guy has been coming here for a year now and has made so much progress. You can really tell all the staff is passionate and cares deeply for the parents and kiddos.
This place is horrible to work with. There are other, better options, out there for your child. I highly suggest you seek them out. Lack of professionalism seems to be the company culture. They certainly do not care about what is best for you and your child. It is all about the dollars made off insurance for them. We went 2 years being perfectly satisfied with them. This place is seriously the worst. My 7 year old daughter has been waiting to get aba therapy through them for over 6 months they kept telling us services would start by the end of the month and they were sorry for all the waiting.Then 6 months after she hasnt been getting any services they call to tell my ex-husband that due to his insurance changing their policy at the end of the year they won't be able to provide her with services. BEWARE! DO NOT WORK FOR OR USE THE SERVICES OF THIS COMPANY! The staff and management are not only disrespectful, but they are irresponsible and unprofessional. Management lets the staff touch and kiss your kids and if you try to report they suspend you and threaten your position. There is no integrity and the higher ups only fend for themselves, scrutinizing new employees.
